St. Paul Pioneer Press: Penn State recruiting Minnesota big man

St. Paul Pioneer Press | 08/03/2005:

"Penn State plans to offer a basketball tender soon to Hopkins 6-foot-10, 250-pound incoming senior Dan Vandervieren, who is playing this summer for the Minnesota Select team. Valparaiso is about to offer a tender, too. Coaches from Purdue and Marquette were at each of his recent 14 tournament games in Las Vegas. The Gophers are interested, too."
